Order the Global 21 service from one of our connected Monitoring Centres (see list). More Monitoring Centres are being added all the time, so if your Monitoring Centre is not shown give us a call for the latest status.

Call your Monitoring Centre with the TCD’s unique serial number at-the-ready and they will then activate the service. Press the ‘set’ button on the TCD for 5 seconds to commission the service.

That’s it. The service is now ready for testing.
