Emizon IP is the secure, 'always on', dual-path, managed alarm signalling and CCTV monitoring service for commercial and domestic premises.
Available through leading Monitoring Centres for installation by professional intruder, fire and CCTV security installers, Emizon IP does more, and costs less than legacy analogue services. Emizon IP removes the need for a dedicated alarm line and its secure online access ensures problems can be diagnosed and solved within seconds.
Existing alarm and CCTV systems can be easily upgraded to Emizon IP. Available direct from Emizon, the Telemetry Communications Device (TCD) installs easily into all alarm panels and its onboard intelligence means it works straight out of the box on any broadband/IP service, with all EN signalling grades, using a dynamic or static IP address. For the backup GPRS communications path a global roaming SIM enables the TCD to 'choose' between Vodafone, O2, Orange or T-Mobile GPRS networks and ensure maximum GPRS availability at every site.
Connecting via the serial port saves time and means that the TCD provides a fast, secure conduit for upload download from compatible panels for remote panel maintenance. PSTN connectivity, available from September, allows installers to specify Emizon IP for all premises - even those not yet connected to broadband.
Emizon IP is the ideal intruder, fire and CCTV monitoring solution for retailers, local authorities and Corporate customers wanting high security, value for money as well as integration with other building services. Emizon IP uses outbound TCP/IP connectivity only, the option preferred by IT managers keen to protect exiting firewall and security settings.
Tested and passed by the BRE/LPCB to the highest EN Grade 4 signalling standards Emizon IP meets the requirements for insurance and police response. Emizon IP also ensures compliance with BS 8418 for monitored CCTV systems.
