Neville Kiely, Managing Director of Central Monitoring Services and a Member of the AS/NZS 2201.5:2008 Committee explained; "Central Monitoring Services was the first company to connect the Global 21 Emizon Transmission System and has connected Class 2, 3, and 4 services. CMS provides Certificates for all our Clients for the Class of serivce on the alarm system. Certification to Australian Standard for Class 1,2,3,4 and 5 means that whatever Class required by the Risk Assessment CMS and Emizon can provide the Transmission Service to match. This will be welcomed by the Insurance industry and provide confidence for Clients and their security".

James Neville, Managing Director of MCM Electronics, the first distributor for the TCD in the Region, is also delighted that Global 21 has gained certification. "The fact that Global 21 has achieved compliance in all Classes for both its dual and single path service is a real vindication of my decision to work closely with Emizon and my belief that Global 21 is the best secure signalling product on the market anywhere in the world".

Testing was conducted by K. A. Jessup Pty Limited, an independent third party recognised by the Victorian Security Institute. Commenting further on the testing, Jonathan Johnson, Business Manager for Emizon in Australia and New Zealand added; "We are especially pleased that Global 21 met 'availability requirements'. One of the biggest issues currently is the perception of the reliability and resilience of IP signalling services working with broadband, but Global 21 was extensively tested over many weeks in a typical working environment on the live platform and was not found wanting. This, perhaps more than anything else, is what has interested the security industry and resulted in such positive feedback".
