Following a successful trial, one of the UK’s major supermarkets is embarking on a major upgrade programme that involves switching 750 of their stores to Emizon 21 advanced signalling.

The move to Emizon means the supermarket chain will be able to leverage their existing communication infrastructure, improve their service and achieve a massive reduction in costs.

Some of the cost savings will be achieved by eliminating unnecessary PSTN lines while improved service levels have been made possible through the deployment of RAPID, Emizon’s remote servicing application.
