John Swingewood the new Executive Chairman has led a consortium of investors to aquire a controlling stake in Emizon Group Ltd - the leading IP alarm and CCTV monitoring communications provider.  The investment will be used to strengthen the company's global presence as well as extending its remote management capabilities across an expanding range of telemetry services.

 

Emizon IP, the advanced CCTV and alarm communications monitoring service is expanding its sales team with two new appointments.  Barry Roberts will be responsible for the North of England and Dave Mereweather will take on the South West and Wales. Barry joins from a long and successful track record in IT services and Dave brings with him over 20 years of experience in dealing with security installers.

Hollie joins Emizon from Risco where she was part of the New Business Development team.  In her new role Hollie will be working to support installers in the Midlands to take advantage of the benefits that IP monitoring brings, both in terms of enhanced security and service for customers and in terms of increased profits for the business.

 

 

Sports Direct has upgraded its 380 UK stores with state-of-the-art retail security including Emizon 21 dual-path IP signalling. The transition offers better security, reduced leakage and the ability to monitor and manage security sytems in real time.  The project was led by Metro Security GB Plc, working with Sports Direct's in house technical team and Adder, Metro's partner for retail analytics.

SYDNEY FEBRUARY 11. Emizon has appointed Jonathan Johnson as Business Manager for Australia and New Zealand.

Sydney-based Mr Johnson will head up the company's expansion into the Pacific region, where Emizon's Global 21 service is proving an increasingly popular choice for monitoring centres and installers seeking a secure, user friendly and cost effective replacedment for Telstra's Securitel service.

The Emizon Group has secured a further round of investment from South Yorkshire Investment Fund (SYIF). The investment was made alongside several new UK and international investors.

The funds will be used to support the continued roll out of the Group’s secure signalling network into Australia, Canada and the US, as well as the continued expansion of its UK activities.

Emizon 21 has received welcome support from the insurance industry following news that it has become the first IP-based alarm signalling service to be tested by BRE Global and has met the requirements of the Loss Prevention Control Board (LPCB) standard LPS.1277 at Security Grade 4 of EN 50136.
