With Emizon's Online Maintenance application you can stay in control of your sites without leaving your office, meaning faster, cheaper and better customer service. Using a secure connection from the TCD to the panel using the serial port you can communicate directly:

With the Panel - through your existing panel service software and perform routine panel maintenance and programming in real time,

With the TCD - and perform routine diagnostics such as checking the signalling paths, reseting the DVR using the relays, changing the channel inputs and or checking GPRS signal strength.
