If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time before goods are despatched.
This does not apply to bespoke goods or anything that is made to order specifically for you. If you wish to cancel an order of this nature, it needs to be cancelled before any work has been undertaken in the production of your order.
If you wish to return any goods you may do so for any reason, at any time within 7 working days of receipt of the item. Please contact us by email, fax or letter before returning any items. Our goods are stored in numerous warehouses so we need to give you the correct address before you send anything back. We will also issue you with a returns number. This will enable us to deal with your return efficiently. Goods must be returned unused and in a saleable condition.
Upon safe receipt of the returned item we will either issue you with a refund or send out an alternative item, depending on your requirements. The cost of returning goods shall be borne by you, and any refunds will be minus the original delivery charges. Where an item is sold with delivery included in the price any refund due will be minus a charge for initial outward delivery. This will be equal to the amount paid by Emizon Networks Ltd for delivery to you.
Should you decide to cancel your order after despatch you can reject the delivery and ask for it to be returned straight back to the sender. However, please be aware some of the couriers we use charge for parcels to be returned and any refund due to you shall be less outward and return delivery charges. Where an item is sold with delivery included in the price any refund due will be minus a charge for initial outward delivery and return of the item where applicable. This will be equal to the amount paid by Emizon Networks Ltd for delivery to you and return to us.
Please return any items via an insured and traceable service as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged in the postal/courier system. Please also ensure that the value of the goods is covered by the service used.
No refunds will be issued until the returned/rejected item is safely back with us and confirmed to be in a saleable condition.
The rights to return the goods to us does not apply in the following circumstances:
- If the product has been used;
- If the inner packaging has been unsealed;
- Where an item has been made, personalised or customised specifically for you;
- Any product that by its nature has a limited lifespan, such as flowers and fresh food.
- Any item that is Pre-Ordered is classed as a bespoke order and as such is non-refundable. We will be obtaining the item(s) specially for you and in most cases these cannot be re-sold, so we will be unable to accept returns.
Return of Faulty items:
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us by telephone or email as soon as possible and we will discuss the options with you.
